Standard Rate Studio A (10m x 6.5m) - $35 p/h

Given our heavily discounted day rate, we do not offer any other discounts.

Payments can be made by card or cash on the day of your hire. We are happy to provide receipts for tax purposes, just ask our FOH.  

In the event that you need to cancel your booking, please contact the studio immediately to communicate with the LVDP team.

• If cancellation or rebooking is made with more than 24 hours notice, there will be no charge to you.
• If cancellation is made within 24 hours of the booking or 'no-show', there will be no refund of prepaid accounts and unpaid accounts will be owing/no further use until it is paid.

The two parking spaces out the front of our building are reserved for staff.

Between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday, there is one hour street parking along Fallon Street, directly across from our building. Outside of 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday there are no parking restrictions on these streets.

Albert St near Gilpin Park (a two minute walk from our studio) has all day parking available.

On the day of your hire, enter the studio from the front of the building through the white double doors.

A LVDP staff member will be present at the reception desk, in the front office (through the pink door near the entrance) or in the back communal area.

If you have not already paid for your hire, you are required to do this before commencing your hire session.

You can find your booked studio by walking down the main hallway and looking above the doorways on the left for signage "Studio A" or "Studio B".

Feel free to use the provided stereo equipment, AC and/or fan in the studio.

The studio will be open at least 15 minutes before the hire, and will close 15 minutes after the hire.

If you would like a regular hire time, please get in touch with us to arrange this.

Your studio hire time includes any necessary set up and pack up of the space, so if you require extra time for this you will need to book this in as part of your hire time. 

Please ensure that your hired areas are left in a clean and tidy state. 

We ask that you stick to your hire times so everyone has fair use of their time in the space and our team are able to close on time. In the event that you run overtime:

• You will be reminded to exit by one of our team members
• From 5 minutes overtime you will be charged in 15 minute increments
• If your running overtime interrupts another studio hire or class, an additional late fee may be added to the invoice.
